We are now able to see regular clients rather than just emergency appointments. For the time being we are still only taking bookings for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

However this unfortunately does not mean business as usual, we still have to maintain strict infection control and PPE usage to ensure you, and your practitioner remain safe and healthy.

Currently we are operating without a receptionist so requests for appointments are best made by email:

For clients unable to access email you can leave a message regarding an appointment on 01434 601577. Please be aware we can only check these messages when we are in the clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Your practitioner will then contact you by phone to perform a mandatory Covid triage before confirming your appointment.


It is important to note that whilst we have taken every effort to ensure a hygienic treatment environment, it is impossible to remove the risk of transmission entirely. Every time you leave your house there is some risk, but we hope the measures that we have put in place are able to minimise any risk. If you have questions about this your practitioner will be able to discuss these before you attend.


We can not see patients with active Covid-19 symptoms and it is inadvisable to see clients who are currently in a high risk group (you will have had a letter from the NHS confirming this).


When you attend the practice there will be changes in how we operate to this end we would ask that:

Arrive on time for your appointment, do not come early as there are no waiting facilities.

Come alone if at all possible.

You will be required to clean your hands on arrival. Hand sanitiser will be available.

Your practitioner will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment consisting of a mask, apron and gloves, these items are disposed of after every client.

You will be required to wear a face mask. We can supply this if you do not have any.


It is important for you to know that immediately prior to your visit all surfaces that you will come into contact with will have been cleaned and disinfected, the room will have been aired.


Practitioners are carefully monitoring their own health status and are prepared to cease practicing immediately if they exhibit any symptoms associated with Covid-19. In such an event any clients seen will be informed.


We would also request that any client who begins to experience symptoms associated with Covid-19 (persistent cough, fever/raised temperature, loss of taste or smell) within 2-3 days of their treatment should inform their practitioner immediately so appropriate precautions to safeguard others may be taken.
