Habits of Happy People!

We have a new meditation group starting on Monday mornings from November 17th.


The drop in sessions will run over four weeks and explore four Habits of Happy People, focusing on Meditation, Contentment, Gratitude and Acceptance. Each week will include practical talks, guided meditations, and Q&A with Kadampa Meditation Teacher, Des Randles from Newcastle's Compassion Centre

This practical Buddhist meditation course will explore different meditations and ways of thinking that uplift the mind, and how to integrate these into our day so we can maintain a light, joyful attitude whatever life throws our way.


Time: Mondays 10:15–11:30am


November 17th, 24th, December 1st and 8th.
