Breakfast Meditation



Have you always wanted to try meditation but not sure where to start? Would you like a more mindful approach to your life and a calmer start to your days?


Our mindfulness teacher, Dr Judi Sharifi is starting up a weekly drop in meditation class every Friday morning here at The Bodywork Centre from June 10th. No need to book, why not come along and let Judi guide you gently in to your day? Meditation starts at 8.15 am and will last approximately half an hour.


These sessions are being offered on a donation only basis (suggested £5 pp)
