Overview of Tai Chi, Wing Chun & Chun Yuen

A Tai Chi class is often based around an established group of friendly, like-minded people. You will be welcomed into this group, and introduced to a mix of activities such as visualisation, meditation, body mechanics and hands on physical correction/manipulation, in repetitive exercises and partner work

Benefits of Tai Chi, Wing Chun & Chun Yuen

As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Research has produced mixed results but appears to show that tai chi can improve balance control, fitness, and flexibility, and might cut the risk of falls in older people.
