Overview of Qi Gong

Qigong or "life-force cultivation" is a form of Taoist yoga, with roots in ancient China. Along with supporting general health and wellbeing, qigong practice is the internal foundation of all of the martial arts.

What to expect

This Qigong class is a non-competitive exercise system and those who practice on a regular basis will notice changes in their body and mind.
